Dear Parent/Guardian,
It was our pleasure to have your child at Cool Kids Camp in July. The children seemed to have a good
time and we enjoyed being with them. It would be helpful in our future planning to have an evaluation
from you which would help us make this camp an even better one for the kids who come in the following
years.

1. How did you child benefit from coming to the camp?
He had four days in which it was all for him. He felt special - "extra special" and had a wonderful time.
2. Did the camp meet your expectations?
He loved the food this year. And enjoyed sleeping in better cabins. He is still talking about it a month later.
3. Is there anything about the camp you would suggest to make it better?
